Crossroads Coalition’s mission is to empower frontline communities—including LGBTQ individuals, indigenous people, communities of color, and youth—to lead the Just Transition.  By fostering youth empowerment alongside broader community efforts, we strive to create a future where a just transition is realized through a social movement that dismantles the five pillars of the extractive economy while building a regenerative, community-driven economy that prioritizes people and the planet.
